Jackson's Meats & Deli has been part of the Kitsilano neighbourhood since 1911.  Family owned & operated we've been providing the freshest and best food to our community. In the summer of 2020 we renovated to expand from just a Butcher Shop to add a new full service restaurant.  The same great butcher shop, but now a great neighbourhood space to meet and eat serving in-house smoked & grilled meats, burgers, snacks, salads & vegetarian choices alongside BC's best craft beers on tap, craft cider, wine & cocktails. 

In 2026 we've expanded again to serve our Kitsilano neighbourhoud with even more great food, and coffees in our unique style of atmosphere. When you combine a BISTRO, BUTCHER & BAKER you get the best of all the foods you love, and the convenience of getting it all in one cool place.

Whether you're looking for a well-crafted beer or cocktail, a proper steak in the Bistro, picking up a burger to take home, ordering your Thanksgiving turkey from the butcher, or dropping by for a morning coffee and a muffin at the Bakery... Jackson's on 4th has it all.
